This shallow running Chatterbait is perfect for chasing Murray Cod in shallow water during low light conditions or close to the surface over weed beds or snags at dawn or dusk.
The nice steady action works well on Cod in shallow rivers and streams being able to hold in a pocket of water a lot longer than a heavier lure.
It also works well on impoundment Barra when working the top 3 meters of water or when there’s a gap between the top of the weed and the surface.
It can be worked deep by allowing it to sink and giving it a hopping/bouncing retrieval.
Heavy duty 8/0 VMC main hook means it can handle anything!!
